Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the APIs, AI Services, Cloud Infrastructure, Apps, and other digital services provided by uTix.in, a tech platform developed by uttarottar.

1. Nature of Services

uTix provides advanced technological solutions including but not limited to API data integrations, Cloud hosting, AI-driven analytics, and software applications. All services are governed by prevailing Indian laws, ensuring data integrity and security.

2. Legal Compliance & Data Protection

As a Data Fiduciary, uTix operates strictly in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• Users utilizing our API and AI services to process personal data must ensure they possess the explicit, free, informed, and unambiguous consent of the Data Principal.
• Unauthorized data scraping, KYC misuse, or processing without a lawful basis is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties under the DPDP Act.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use our Cloud, AI, or API infrastructure to:

• Deploy malicious bots, automation, or malware.
• Bypass rate limits or attempt network disruptions.
• Store or process the personal data of individuals without their verifiable consent.

4. Payments and Refunds

All services are prepaid. API credits, cloud hosting fees, and SaaS subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

While uTix implements "reasonable security safeguards" as mandated by the DPDP Act, we are not liable for business losses, third-party API downtime, or regulatory penalties incurred by the user's failure to adhere to data privacy laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nohar, Rajasthan.
